Playing and learning to play the guitar has taken up a large part of my life over the last 16 years. Ive been to countless private guitar teachers and have spent a lot of money on ineffective guitar lessons that left me feeling helpless about my guitar playing.
I believed that you have to go to a music school or collage to learn how to play the guitar like your hero's do. This is not the case.
Things changed when I moved house to Cape Town and met a guy who could play guitar just like my hero's did. He gave me a few lessons and in just a few weeks I could already see and hear the change in my playing.
From that day I decided that I wanted to teach other guitar players how to get to that place by showing them the correct ways to achieving their goals as guitarists.
After many years of training I took the step and have many students of my own now who are making rapid progress in their guitar playing.
I have developed a style of teaching that not only teaches the student how to play the instrument but also to understand it.
My students get "one on one" goal orientated guitar lessons that help them reach their goals and become the guitar players they dream of becoming.
